Terms of Service
Draft dated October 28, 2026. These terms are between you and [One Huddle legal entity name] (“One Huddle”, “we”).
1. What One Huddle is
One Huddle provides websites and apps for youth flag football leagues: registration, payments, live scoring, schedules, standings, playoffs, and tools for league staff, coaches, referees and families (the “Service”). These terms cover onehuddleflag.com and the league sites we operate.
2. Leagues
- A league that uses One Huddle (“League”) agrees to these terms and any order form or plan we agree with it. If they conflict, the order form wins.
- The League owns its information and its families' information. It is responsible for having the right to collect it, for its own waivers, rules and refund policies, and for how it runs its league.
- The League gives us permission to host and process its information only to provide the Service to it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The League will keep staff sign-ins secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized access it notices.
3. Families, coaches and referees
- When you use a league's site, you're dealing with that league. Questions about registration, refunds, teams, rules or scores go to the league.
- You must be at least 18 to create an account. Parents and guardians register children; children don't create accounts.
- Give accurate information, keep your sign-in to yourself, and don't use the Service to harass anyone, post anything unlawful, or try to access information that isn't yours.
4. Payments
Payments to leagues are processed by Stripe and go to the league's own Stripe account. The league sets its prices and refund policy. Stripe's terms apply to card payments. Fees the League pays One Huddle are set in its plan.
5. Acceptable use
Don't break or overload the Service, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, scrape it, copy it to build a competing product, or use it to send spam.
6. Our responsibilities
- We'll operate the Service with reasonable care and skill, protect information as our Privacy Policy describes, and give leagues reasonable notice before changes that significantly reduce what the Service does.
- We aim for the Service to be available on game days, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Live scores are provided for convenience; the league's official records control.
7. Disclaimers and limits
Except as promised in these terms or an order form, the Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, One Huddle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts the League paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. [Lawyer to review this section and add indemnities as appropriate.]
8. Ending service
A League may stop using One Huddle at the end of its plan term. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When a League leaves, we'll return its information on request and then delete it as our Privacy Policy describes.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell Leagues at least 30 days before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. [Lawyer to confirm venue / dispute resolution.]
